If you’re looking to achieve sustainable and even transformational fitness goals, a single workout won’t do the trick. However, 12 sessions will send you on your way! Regardless of your current fitness level, we provide personal training sessions that meet your needs. And if 60 minutes is your sweet spot, this option is right for you.

We begin by having an initial goal setting discussion, conduct baseline fitness tests, and then create a roadmap so that each session fits well with your schedule. During each workout, we outline a plan, guide your form and technique, and provide motivational support from beginning to end.

No gym? No problem! We work with you to find a convenient location such as the local park or even the privacy of your own home.
