Maybe you’re just trying things out or even visiting from out of town. Either way, regardless of your current fitness level, we provide a single personal training session that meets your needs. And if 60 minutes is your sweet spot, this option is right for you.

During each workout, we outline a plan, guide your form and technique, and provide motivational support from beginning to end.

No gym? No problem! We work with you to find a convenient location such as the local park or even the privacy of your own home.
